Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead
As the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead, you will work alongside our Group CTO and oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of our CRM system. This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the CRM platform delivers maximum value to the organisation and supports strategic objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the architecture, functional design and configuration of the CRM system to meet business requirements.
- Establish and enforce global best practice on CRM usage and adoption.
- Establish and lead efforts in maximising automation opportunities via CoPilot, Power Automate / Platform etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT) to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Work alongside our BA team to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Manage CRM enhancements, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
- Co-ordinate the provision of training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and best practice usage.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, implementing improvements where needed.
- Act as the subject matter expert for CRM functionality and processes.
- Liaise with vendors and external partners for system support and development.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards.
We’d love to hear from someone that:
- Has proven experience as a CRM Functional Lead or similar role.
- Has relevant experience / exposure to working in a payroll and EOR environment
- Possesses strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
- Understands business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service and their usage within D365 CRM e.g. Customer Insights / Sales Hub etc
- Has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Is highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Can manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Ideally has experience with system integrations and data migration.
- Holds a relevant qualification or certification in CRM systems or project management.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in managing relationships across multiple teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Project Management: Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies for CRM projects.
- Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Awareness: Understanding of integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
- Training & Support: Ability to coach and train end-users for adoption and best practice.
