Job Summary:

The Technical Project Manager will oversee and manage network and security programs, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of network and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple network and security programs from inception to completion.
  • Develop program plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet technologies.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network and security solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program objectives and deliverables.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, addressing any deviations from the plan.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in network and security technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in program management, with a focus on network and security.
  • Proven experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet technologies.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), or Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) certification is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
