The Role
We're looking for a Head of Product to own and drive our product vision end‐to‐end. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and team development across our payments portfolio (APIs, checkout, payouts, reconciliation, risk, and reporting) turning customer needs and market insight into world‐class products.
This is a senior leadership role with real impact: you’ll shape what we build, why we build it, and how it wins in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision aligned with company strategy
- Own the product roadmap across all payments products and platforms
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high‐performing team of product managers
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Operations
- Balance customer needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial goals
- Use data, research, and experimentation to inform decisions and measure impact
- Drive product discovery and delivery from concept to launch and iteration
- Represent Product at the executive level and with key customers and partners
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience, with significant leadership responsibility
- Proven experience leading and building teams
- Proven experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
- Deep understanding of payment flows, APIs, and regulatory considerations (e.g. PCI, KYC/AML)
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‐on execution
- Track record of building and scaling successful B2B or platform products
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Comfort operating in fast‐moving, ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with international payments or multi‐currency products
- Background in high‐growth startups or scale‐ups
- Exposure to risk, fraud, or compliance‐heavy product domains
