What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1st line support to a wide range of clients across the UK
 - Troubleshooting issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware
 - Escalating complex tickets to senior engineers
 - Helping maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
 
What we’re looking for:
- 6–18 months’ experience in an IT support role (ideally MSP or multi-customer)
 - Solid understanding of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365
 - Confident communicator who enjoys solving problems and learning new tech
 - Full UK driving licence (occasional client visits)
