IT Support Technician- Nantgarw - Hybrid - £12.21 per hour - IMMEDIATE START

The Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment has teamed up with a Business Consultancy who require a short term IT Support Technician who has great communication skills and is knowledgeable regarding Microsoft Office applications.

What the IT Support Technician will will be doing The ideal IT Support Technician will will be responsible for

* Providing 1st line technical support to 1000+ users globally, answering support queries via phone, email and face-to-face while maintaining a high degree of customer service in line with ITIL best practice

* Logging incidents with our external 3rd party service providers

* Assisting in updating the IT Support knowledge bank

• Logging calls into our ticket management system, taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with their issues

* Allocating more complex calls to the relevant teams where appropriate

What the successful IT Support Technician will bring to the team This role is suitable for someone who has

* Excellent Communication skills

* A good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• 37.5 hour working week
• Office hours 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
