Senior Solutions Consultant - WMS
A fast-growing supply chain software provider is expanding its UK Professional Services team and is looking to hire a Senior Solutions Consultant to support enterprise and mid-market customers across the UK and Europe.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining supply chain knowledge, software implementation expertise, and technical problem-solving. You’ll work directly with customers to design, configure, and deliver best-in-class supply chain solutions, playing a key role in the growth of the UK operation.
The Role
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software implementations, acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
You will:
- Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Work closely with customer project teams to translate operational requirements into system solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues during implementation
- Collaborate with internal analysts, engineers, and stakeholders
- Deliver workshops and spend time on-site with customers (25–50% travel)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years’ experience implementing or supporting supply chain or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or order management
- Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries
- Familiarity with XML and JSON file formats and system integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, delivery-focused environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and keen to learn

- WMS / OMS / Supply Chain SaaS Implementation Consultants
- Professional Services or Technical Consultants
- Supply Chain Analysts who have moved into systems delivery
- Experience with logistics, warehouse, inventory, or order management platforms
