Infrastructure & Network Engineer - Azure Networking Terraform

We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure & Network Engineer to join an IT team of five. You'll work across a modern hybrid environment - Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-prem infrastructure - supporting a fast-paced business where technology is critical.

This role is ideal for someone from a smaller firm who's worn many hats, enjoys variety, and wants to own solutions end-to-end rather than work in silos.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and monitor a highly available hybrid cloud and network infrastructure (Azure + on-prem).
• Support and enhance Azure services, including Private Endpoints and Microsoft 365.
• Implement and automate with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / PowerShell).
• Own network operations - VPNs, inter-site connectivity, routing, switching, and security.
• Manage and update Palo Alto firewalls, Juniper/Cisco switches, and Windows Server environments.
• Support endpoint management (SCCM migration to Intune, laptops, and iPhones).
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to troubleshoot, document, and improve systems.
• Occasionally perform out-of-hours or weekend work for upgrades.

What You'll Bring

• Strong Azure / Microsoft 365 experience (including Private Endpoints).
• Good understanding of networking concepts and hands-on support (VPN, routing, switching).
• Working knowledge of Terraform or similar scripting for automation.
• System administration experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Exposure to Palo Alto, Juniper, or Cisco environments.
• Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and security controls.
• Bright, curious, and willing to learn new technologies.

Nice to have:

• SCCM / Intune / Defender experience.
• Application deployment or patching experience.
• Background in financial services or a similar fast-paced, regulated environment.
