Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Benefits + Commission
This leading tech agency, renowned for its innovative use of data, to find a Business Development You will join a vibrant team of 60+ Business Development Executives covering 15 languages.
The role is focused on supporting their clients—leaders in the IT and digital infrastructure sector—by building sales pipelines through expert, outbound telephone-based prospecting. This is a fantastic opportunity to master the art of consultative solution selling within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities for this Business Development Executive:
· Generate outbound B2B calls (warm and cold) to senior decision-makers across German-speaking territories.
· Execute multiple campaigns for prominent clients, promoting leading multi-cloud services and data centre solutions.
· Identify and build strategic relationships with C-Level executives (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors).
· Conduct research to develop lead opportunities, using a consultative approach to understand business challenges and project needs.
· Capture accurate notes in the CRM, documenting pain points and qualifying information in detailed English reports.
· Translate insights from discussions and participate in client calls to articulate market trends.
· Secure qualified appointments for clients' senior sales teams.
· Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and lead quality.
This Business Development Executive will have:
· Previous B2B experience liaising with high-level decision-makers (C-level preferred).
· A confident, tenacious, and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
· Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong questioning and listening skills to uncover needs and qualify opportunities effectively.
· An understanding of IT infrastructure or cloud services is advantageous, but full training is provided.
· Organised, proactive, and seeking a progressive career in sales.
