Microsoft 365 Product Owner

London (hybrid working) | Permanent | £65,000–£80,000 + bonus + benefits

A global professional services firm is hiring a Senior Microsoft 365 Product Owner to own and evolve its workplace collaboration platform. This is an end-to-end product ownership role focused on ensuring Microsoft 365 services are secure, widely adopted, and delivering measurable business value.

You’ll own the delivery, and roadmap for the M365 product family, including Teams, CoPilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning operational performance of core M365 services.
• Shaping and maintaining a clear product roadmap and prioritised backlog.
• Making prioritisation decisions across enhancements and operational work.
• Driving adoption and change using usage analytics, performance data, and user insight.
• Partnering with senior business stakeholders, security, and infrastructure teams.

About You:

• Significant experience owning Microsoft 365 products in a large enterprise or professional services environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Teams, CoPilot SharePoint, and OneDrive, with a strong understanding of security and governance.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs using agile delivery.
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders and making strategic trade-offs.
