summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to be responsible for the operational delivery and continuous improvement of the Financial Management System (FMS) and associated enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms across NHS Wales. The role bridges finance, purchase to pay, procurement, supply chain and supplier performance and contract management, system integrity, data management and ensures that the FMS can support NHS business objectives, and adapt to changing reporting requirements and emerging technological solutions. Strong understanding of system development and integration projects. Ability to work with technical teams (IT, data/statistics) and interpret complex requirements. Experience in change management and implementing system changes. Familiarity with government data collection systems or similar platforms (beneficial).
