AsaManagingProjectManager,youwillleadandmanageoneormorespecificimplementationprojects,oftenwithcomplexmulti-workstreamdeliveryandtransformativecustomerchange.Thiswillincludetheresponsibilityforthecustomerrelationship,projectplans,objectives,deliverablesandmilestones,risksandissues,statusreportingandgovernanceandthebudgetandP&Lformedium-large(often£300k+)projectsandcommercialmarginofthedelivery. YouwillworkcloselywiththeEngagementDirector,ImplementationConsultants,TestManagers/Leads,ServiceReadinessandZellisProduct&Technologycolleagues,andwillpartnerwithcustomerProject,andTestmanagerstoachievetherelevantdeliverymilestonesontime,atthehighestlevelofqualityandonbudget.Aswellasthis,youwillalsomanageapoolofprojectmanagers,andbeinstrumentalinsupportingcoachingandmentoringtosupporttheirskillsandcareerdevelopment ThisrolewillalsoinvolveinterfacingwithCustomerandZellisExectopresenttheongoingstatus,risksandissuesonprojectsundertheirgovernance,andsupportourcontinuousimprovementinitiativestotakelessonslearnedandfeedthembackintoourprogrammeandprojectmethodology.
