This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to build a career in IT. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to diagnose and resolve technical issues while learning the skills needed to become a fully qualified Support Engineer.

Role

As part of the apprenticeship, you’ll receive structured training both on the job and through an accredited learning provider, working towards a nationally recognised IT qualification (e.g., Level 3 Information and Communications Technician).

Training

Training will be provided under NowSkills Apprenticeships, receiving 1:1 guidance with a specialised tutor.

Successful apprentices may progress into roles such as 1st Line Support Engineer, Field Engineer, or Systems Administrator, depending on performance and qualifications achieved.

Working Week: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Expected Duration: 1 Year 6 Months
