Dairy Account Executive
A fast-growing, technology-driven company in the Agricultural SaaS space is expanding across Europe and is looking for a high-performing Dairy Account Executive to drive growth in key regional markets. This is a confidential opportunity with a well-established organization that supports large-scale agricultural and food production businesses through advanced digital solutions.The Role The Dairy Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing enterprise accounts across Europe, with a strong focus on dairy manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in complex, enterprise environments and enjoys working with senior operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.The position is remote-based in Europe and requires regular travel across the region to meet customers and partners. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth within European dairy markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and position solutions accordingly
- Lead sales presentations, both virtually and in person, to senior stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build trusted advisor relationships within enterprise accounts
- Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing customers
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans
- Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately using CRM systems
- Partner closely with customer success and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- 4–6+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Industry experience within Agricultural SaaS, dairy technology, food production software, or related manufacturing systems
- Proven success selling complex SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Strong background in consultative, relationship-driven sales
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Confident negotiating enterprise software and services contracts
- Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
- Comfortable traveling 50%+ across Europe
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and target-driven mindset
- Base Salary: £70,000–£90,000
