Dairy Account Executive

A fast-growing, technology-driven company in the Agricultural SaaS space is expanding across Europe and is looking for a high-performing Dairy Account Executive to drive growth in key regional markets. This is a confidential opportunity with a well-established organization that supports large-scale agricultural and food production businesses through advanced digital solutions.The Role The Dairy Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing enterprise accounts across Europe, with a strong focus on dairy manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in complex, enterprise environments and enjoys working with senior operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.The position is remote-based in Europe and requires regular travel across the region to meet customers and partners.  Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development and revenue growth within European dairy markets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and position solutions accordingly
  • Lead sales presentations, both virtually and in person, to senior stakeholders
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build trusted advisor relationships within enterprise accounts
  • Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing customers
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately using CRM systems
  • Partner closely with customer success and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Key Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Industry experience within Agricultural SaaS, dairy technology, food production software, or related manufacturing systems
  • Proven success selling complex SaaS or enterprise software solutions
  • Strong background in consultative, relationship-driven sales
  • Fluency in English and French is required
  • Confident negotiating enterprise software and services contracts
  • Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable traveling 50%+ across Europe
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and target-driven mindset
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: £70,000–£90,000
  • Double OTE
