Role Overview
As Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Your strategic insights will guide the company in making sound financial decisions aligned with growth objectives.
Essential Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement efficient financial governance and reporting using Xero Accounting and other platforms.
- Develop strategies to optimise costs and enhance financial efficiency.
- Track and analyse key financial metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Advise on the financial impacts of decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end financial processes including payroll, receivables, and staff expenses.
- Prepare and manage all payments to HMRC including PAYE, VAT, and Corporation Tax.

Location: Glasgow, preferably within a commutable distance to the office. Although office-based, there is flexibility for remote working as agreed by the Directors.
