Digital Analyst

The RoleAs a Digital Analyst, you’ll be responsible for delivering digital acquisition and performance reporting across web and app channels. Combining hands-on tracking implementation with insight-led analysis, you’ll help identify opportunities to optimise digital journeys, improve conversion, and drive sustainable growth.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to ensure data-driven decisions sit at the heart of digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Own digital marketing reporting across web and app
- Track performance using GA4 and AppsFlyer
- Implement and maintain tracking via GTM
- Build automated dashboards (e.g. Power BI) and present clear insights
- Support CRO and A/B testing initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed data-led decision making
- Monitor competitors and digital banking trends
- Strong experience with GA4, GTM, and app attribution tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Confident communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Commercially minded and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Experience in FinTech, digital banking, or subscription products (desirable)
