About the Job
We’re looking for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance. Acting as a trusted finance partner to our operational and commercial teams, you’ll provide clear financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support smarter decision-making across pricing, profitability and customer contracts.
Working in a services-led, recurring-revenue environment, you’ll help strengthen financial governance across managed services, cloud and multi-year commercial agreements - ensuring sustainable growth, strong margins and robust financial control.
If you enjoy working close to the business, influencing outcomes, and turning complex financial data into meaningful, actionable insight, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key commercial finance partner, providing data-driven insight and challenge to optimise pricing, contract performance and strategic decision-making.
- Lead financial evaluation of new deals and renewals, ensuring robust modelling, adherence to governance frameworks and alignment with financial targets.
- Deliver detailed margin, profitability and cost-to-serve analysis, highlighting variances, risks and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
- Support the structuring and appraisal of complex, multi-year and service-led contracts to ensure sustainable profitability and strong cash-flow performance.
- Own segmental reporting and generate high-quality commentary to strengthen month-end, budgeting and forecasting processes.
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting, ideally within services or technology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess margins, profitability and cost-to-serve across complex contracts.
- Advanced Excel and solid financial modelling capability (including DCF).
- Confident influencing stakeholders and explaining financial insights clearly.
- Experience with recurring-revenue models, pricing governance or tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives improvement.
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
