Events & Sales Operations Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for an Events & Sales Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our UK growth. As part of this role, you’ll deliver high-quality marketing and sales support, helping to elevate Alcidion’s profile across the UK healthcare sector. You’ll lead the coordination of our presence at key conferences and customer events, while keeping our sales operations running smoothly through accurate CRM management, clear reporting, and reliable operational support.
Success in this role calls for someone who is highly organised, confident working autonomously, and skilled at building strong relationships both with our UK commercial team and with our global marketing colleagues in Australia. This role can be office-based or hybrid, working between the office and home.
Day to day, you will:
- Lead UK event coordination - planning and delivering Alcidion’s presence at healthcare conferences and customer events.
- Support UK sales operations - maintaining accurate HubSpot CRM data, tracking leads, and preparing core sales reports.
- Drive cross-functional alignment - partnering with the UK commercial team and global marketing to prioritise and deliver UK marketing needs.
- Enable effective customer engagement - supporting case study development, market insights, and sales and marketing enablement activity.

Your background includes:
- Experience in events coordination, marketing support or sales operations
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines autonomously and with limited supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Willingness to travel within the UK for events and conferences and ability to work flexible hours during event periods
