L&D Systems Administrator
Anderson Knight is delighted to support our client in their search for an L&D Systems Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth system functionality, and providing excellent support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users and internal teams.
- Perform regular system maintenance and ensure records on the LMS are up to date.
- Deliver training to new users and assist with system configurations and upgrades.
- Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain the quality and governance of the LMS by reviewing data and content uploads.
- Build and nurture vendor relationships to ensure service excellence.
- Assist in project work and continuous system improvements.
Key Criteria:
- Previous experience working with LMS or other systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
Desirable Critetia:
- Familiarity with PowerBI reporting.
- Experience creating data visualisations and manipulating databases.
