IT Support Engineer (Level 1/2)
Location: Auchterarder (Fully onsite)

- Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer required for a short-term onsite contract
- Primary focus on a Windows 11 upgrade and laptop refresh programme
- Fully onsite role based in Auchterarder
- Provide L1/2 desk-side and service desk support to end users
- Support a Windows 11 upgrade programme across laptops
- Replace laptop hardware including memory (RAM) and hard disks
- Build, configure and deploy laptops and peripherals
- Log, diagnose and resolve incidents following ITIL processes
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation
- Support basic networking, connectivity and VPN issues
- 1–3 years’ experience in a Level 1/2 IT support role
- Strong Windows OS and Microsoft 365 support experience
- Comfortable with hands-on laptop hardware upgrades
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice or similar)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
