Brother UK is looking for a Business Manager (Strategic Partners) to drive growth across a portfolio of high‐value partner accounts — shaping strategy, influencing at senior levels, and helping us deliver award‐winning customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

Driving revenue and category performance across key strategic partner accounts

Building strong, long‐lasting relationships with new and existing customers

Creating quarterly business & marketing plans alongside partners and internal teams

Negotiating and influencing stakeholders up to board level

Using data and insight to spot growth opportunities and deliver results

Representing Brother UK at customer meetings, events and industry forums

What we're looking for

Strong commercial and account management experience

Confident communicator with senior‐level influencing skills

Proactive decision‐maker who thrives working independently

Excellent planning, organisation and analytical abilities

Someone who builds trusted, collaborative relationships
