They are a major force in the UK and International Distribution market and are now building a modern, scalable outbound sales function that mirrors best-in-class SaaS lead generation and pipeline development models. This role is perfect for someone who loves prospecting, qualification, and booking high-quality appointments rather than full-cycle closing. You will act as the engine of the sales funnel, feeding qualified opportunities into the Business Development team and directly impacting revenue growth. - Basic salary up to £37,000
- Uncapped commission and performance bonuses

- Proven experience in a SaaS-style SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting role
- Strong B2B outbound prospecting background
- Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings for a closing team
- Comfortable working to activity and conversion metrics
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated
- Quick learner who enjoys working in fast-paced sales environments
- Experience in Logistics, Tech, SaaS, or Subscription-based sales is highly desirable
- Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects
- Run outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Achieve 60–80 daily outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
- Qualify prospects using SaaS-style discovery frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC-light, etc.)
- Book high-quality appointments for the Business Development team
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development to optimise messaging and targeting
- Hit individual appointment and pipeline contribution targets
- SaaS SDRs looking for a more commercially tangible product
- Lead Generators who love pipeline creation
- Appointment Setters who want structure, progression, and strong earning potential
