IT Support Analyst

Our client, an employer of choice, is currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key duties will include:

• Ensuring all service desk requests are prioritised correctly
• Reviewing support requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshooting a range or IT issues
• Handling requests via phone, web and in person
• Working with team members to share knowledge
• Assisting with the set up of AV systems
• Contribute to IT projects
• Updating documentation, where required

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of ticketing systems
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for problem solving
• Strong customer service ethic
• Experience working to deadlines
