Senior Transformation & AI Advisory Consultant

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Transformation & AI Advisory Consultant to help organisations rethink how they operate in a rapidly evolving, AI-enabled world.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers following purchase, guiding them through complex transformation journeys that go far beyond system implementation. Your focus will be on strategy, change, and outcomes — helping customers move away from legacy ways of working and toward modern, AI-powered approaches that genuinely improve how their teams operate.

This is a highly consultative role for someone who enjoys challenging thinking, facilitating meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders, and translating ambition into clear, achievable transformation roadmaps.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead discovery and transformation workshops with customers to uncover business objectives, challenges, and long-term ambitions.
  • Assess organisational readiness for change, identifying risks and capability gaps that may impact adoption and value realisation.
  • Define clear transformation visions and roadmaps, translating strategic goals into measurable success criteria.
  • Constructively challenge customers where legacy processes or mindsets would limit long-term value.
  • Partner closely with account and delivery teams to ensure transformation intent is maintained throughout implementation.
  • Act as a strategic escalation point where customer requests conflict with agreed transformation goals.
  • Re-engage customers post go-live through structured, programmatic engagements that support renewal and growth.
  • Deliver “art of the possible” sessions showcasing evolving AI capabilities and future-state opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of transformation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide delivery colleagues, helping build strong consultative and transformation-led skills across the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in customer-facing consulting, advisory, or transformation roles.
  • A proven ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
  • Experience translating business strategy into actionable plans and guiding organisations through change.
  • Excellent workshop design and facilitation skills.
  • A genuine interest in AI and how it can transform business processes and ways of working.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating complex organisational dynamics.
  • A consultative mindset that balances empathy with constructive challenge.
  • Clear, professional communication skills across written, verbal, and virtual settings.
  • Experience working alongside SaaS implementation or professional services teams.

Desirable (But Not Essential)

  • Background in procurement, legal, contract management, or risk-related functions.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as vendor management, contract lifecycle management, or supplier risk systems.
  • Exposure to change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience working in a SaaS vendor environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow or automation tools.

What’s On Offer

  • Fully remote working within the UK
  • Generous annual leave
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare, pension, life assurance, and income protection
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Full technology setup provided
  • Regular company-wide events and retreats
  • A values-led culture with a strong commitment to social impact
