Up to £31,000 + Commission (OTE £36,000)

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with IT Software Solutions company based in Hemel Hempstead to recruit a new Internal Sales Executive to their growing team!

You will be working within the SME sector, as part of a team of sales professionals to introduce market leading ERP software solutions and services, within the specifically defined market sector of Wholesale, Distribution & Merchant.

Responsibilities of an Internal Sales Executive:

• Generate new business leads by telephone, networking, tradeshows and emails
• Source and add prospective customers to the CRM database
• Follow up targeted marketing campaigns verbally with a view to arranging an appointment
• Develop in depth knowledge of the software to discuss with prospective customers to understand their pain points and put together a solution
• Gain an awareness of the business stance in the market through collation of competitor information
• Work as a team to follow up calls, emails and manage calendars

Requirements of an Internal Sales Executive:

• Experience working within the IT SaaS industry is desirable
• Excellent IT skills – Ability to learn and use our internal CRM, send emails, book meetings, use Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational skills
• Listening and Communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability and confidence to close and book an appointment
