Package: £90,000 - £110,000 with a Double OTE (Uncapped)

This is a business operating at significant global scale, heavily invested in AI and innovation, and consistently recognised as a category leader.
As part of continued growth across UK & Ireland, they’re hiring an Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition across the region, selling a highly regarded portfolio of enterprise Financial Crime solutions.
The Role
This is a new business–focused Account Executive role with ownership of a defined target account list across banking and financial services.
You’ll:
- Win new enterprise customers across UK & Irish financial institutions
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Sell complex Fraud, AML, and Compliance platforms via a consultative approach
- Engage senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, and Technology
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline while consistently exceeding quota
What They’re Looking For
- Proven success as an enterprise Account Executive
- Strong hunter / new logo mindset
- Experience selling complex, high-value software solutions
- Background in Financial Crime, AML, Fraud, Compliance, RegTech, or Risk preferred
- Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Competitive, driven, and motivated by performance
