Qualifications
- Proven experience in product delivery and agile practices in an outcome driven way.
- Strong understanding of delivery principles and knows how's to implement them.
- Low ego consultantancy skills are a must.
- Strong ability in team coordination, stakeholder management, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in identifying project risks, dependency management, and problem-solving strategies.
- Proficiency in fostering effective communication between technical and non-technical team members.
- Adept at using data-driven decision-making methodologies and frameworks to optimize workflows.
- A history of working with senior-level consultants and delivering high-quality solutions at pace.
- Experience in digital consultancy, software delivery products, or a similar environment is a plus.
- Comfortable with hands-on involvement and adaptable to the needs of a fast-paced, client-focused role.
