About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing / Delivery Director to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of outsourced accounting, procurement, Human Resources and technology services across one of our Leading Global Consumer Services clients. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring high‑quality service delivery, strong commercial performance, and long‑term client satisfaction.
You will act as the senior point of accountability for delivery outcomes, vendor performance, and operational excellence, working closely with executive stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all outsourced and delivery operations, ensuring services are delivered on time and on budget
- Manage contract adherence, financials, and commercial performance of the account.
- Identify and shape opportunities for scope expansion, new services, or value-added initiatives.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial governance of the partnership.
- Own and drive delivery governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across multiple programmes and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong senior‑level relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing delivery and management teams
- Oversee commercial management, including contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and financial performance
- Build the delivery model and operating structure for additional outsourced functions.
- Coordinate mobilization, knowledge transfer, and change management as new towers transition to the BPO.
- Establish common governance, shared metrics, and unified service management across all functions.
- Support business growth through delivery excellence, client retention, and contribution to bids and transitions
- Act as an escalation point for complex delivery, performance, or relationship issues
About You
You will be a proven delivery leader with strong outsourcing experience and the credibility to operate at executive level.
Essential experience:
- Significant experience in a Delivery Director, Outsourcing Director, BPO Leadership
- Strong background managing outsourced services, third‑party suppliers, and complex delivery models
- Demonstrated success in leading large, multi‑disciplinary teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills
- Strong commercial acumen, including contract and financial management
- Experience establishing delivery frameworks, governance, and performance metrics
