Finance Director
Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Director on a permanent basis for a growing tech business based in Leeds. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at an exciting period of time in their growth cycle.
Reporting in to the CEO, acting as an influential part of the Senior Leadership team, adding value across the business, driving profitability and leading and developing strategy.
As Finance Director, this role will be responsible for taking financial leadership for the business.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, budgeting and forecasting, scenario planning, driving profitability through the development of pricing models, optimising cost structures and improving efficiencies, supporting M&A activities and cashflow management whilst driving automation and process efficiencies where required.
This position will lead a high performing team to ensure a culture of a positivity, accountability and continuous improvement.
The business is operating a hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
The successful candidate will:
- Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
- Have worked in a Finance Director/Number One finance role previously
- Have worked in a commercially focussed environment
- Bring energy and gravitas to the role
£110,000 - £130,000 + performance based bonus scheme + equity options after 1 year + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and the opportunity to buy more + healthcare + opt in pension scheme + enhanced maternity pay + cycle to work scheme + hybrid working model
