First Line IT Support
1st Line Service Desk Analyst - Temp (3 months initially) Central Reading | Office-based | No parking
Join a FTSE 250 company as a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst in this 3-month temp role, with potential to go permanent.
You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, supporting users across Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, printers, and basic networking, logging and resolving tickets via ServiceNow.
What you'll do:

Take IT support calls, emails, and chats

Log, troubleshoot, and resolve 1st Line issues

Escalate complex problems to 2nd/3rd Line teams

Work to clear KPIs in a fast-paced service desk
Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts between 7am-7pm (no weekends)

Ideally 12+ months Service Desk / 1st Line experience (or clear hands-on IT exposure)
