Our client is a UK-based provider of managed network solutions, supporting organisations nationwide to stay connected, secure, and operating efficiently. Due to continued growth, they're expanding their commercial team and are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join them in Bolton.

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career in account management. No previous experience in sales or technology is required, full training and support are provided.

The Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll work with a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, helping them get the most from their network solutions while developing strong, trusted relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with existing clients
  • Building rapport with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identifying opportunities to support client growth and improvement
  • Tracking account activity, renewals, and pipeline information
  • Ensuring a consistently high standard of service and client support
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers
