About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own desk, build strong client relationships, and source top talent across niche industries. - Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house) preferred
- Strong understanding of candidate lifecycle and client management
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to succeed
- Ideally based within 45 minutes of our office
