You'll sit at the heart of a rapidly growing events and partner ecosystem, driving sponsorship revenue, elevating partner engagement, and building long-term relationships that fuel business impact across the region. What You'll Do Lead Sponsorship Strategy & Growth
  • Shape the EMEA sponsor prospectus, pricing and value proposition alongside global and regional partner teams.
  • Build and nurture strong partner relationships to grow sponsorship revenue.
  • Identify, research and qualify new sponsorship opportunities aligned to our brand and world-class Data & AI events.
  • Pitch new concepts, expand package offerings and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Own Sponsor Contracts & Billing
  • Streamline the contract process by collaborating closely with legal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain EMEA-approved sponsor contract templates.
  • Oversee end-to-end billing: communications, contract accuracy, signatures, invoicing and documentation management.
Deliver World-Class Sponsor Experience
  • Manage onboarding, contracts and renewals across multiple sponsors simultaneously.
  • Act as the primary point of contact-ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
  • Collect and organise sponsor assets (logos, decks, headshots, contact details).
  • Work with event leads to brief sponsors effectively, hosting KBYG/Q&A sessions for each city.
  • Ensure every deliverable is met accurately and on schedule.
  • Track satisfaction, measure performance, and produce insightful post-event reports.
