Technical Business Analyst
We are supporting an international professional services organisation in their search for a Technical Business Analyst to join a newly established Transformation Team. The organisation is entering an exciting period of change, investing in systems, processes, and ways of working to improve outcomes for its people, clients, and wider business.
The Opportunity
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with global business stakeholders and technical teams to support complex change programmes. Your role will include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements
- Developing as-is and to-be process maps, data flow diagrams, and system documentation
- Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications for delivery teams
- Facilitating workshops, sprint planning sessions, and requirements reviews
- Identifying process optimisation opportunities and influencing stakeholders to adopt improvements
- Supporting system integration projects, platform upgrades, and data migration initiatives
- Working closely with testing teams and business users to support UAT and validate end-to-end processes
- Creating and delivering training materials across multiple regions and time zones
We are seeking someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience as a high-performing Business Analyst
- Background in consulting, professional services, or complex enterprise environments
- Proven ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
- Experience working in agile, product-led delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
