Data Analyst

My client, a speciality insurance broker, are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team, helping transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making across our business.What You'll Be Doing: * Extracting, transforming, and presenting data from our data lake and data marts to support business performance * Designing and delivering visually engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI * Monitoring data quality and identifying trends or anomalies across business units * Supporting regular reporting cycles, including daily, weekly, and monthly outputs * Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored, actionable insights Must have experience: * Experience in data analysis or data insights, with confidence working closely with business stakeholders * Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools * Proven experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI * Experience with Snowflake is desirable but not essential * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal relationships * Ability to present data in a clear, visually engaging, and easy-to-interpret way * Willingness to commute to our London office 3 days per week
