Join a Leading global semiconductor and software design innovator as a Business Analyst.Job Overview:Location: Cambridge Contract: ASAP Pay Rates: £470/day Site: 2 days a week: flexible for the team, 2 days a week Interview: x2 stages (1st stage on teams 30 mins & 2nd stage F2F 1hr)Contract: 6 months with the possibility to extend further up to 2 years.Job Overview: We are seeking a versatile and experienced individual to join our team of amazing business analysts within the business partnering function. We partner with all areas of the organisation to understand business requirements, develop achievable plans, and deliver business value through change.As a superb communicator, you will utilise your emotional intelligence, analytical ability, and networking skills to gather requirements, and influence individuals and teams to deliver client goals.You will work on a variety of exciting change initiatives, doing problem analysis, determining business needs, and owning the definition of user stories. You will also contribute to the BA community through active engagement, sharing knowledge and experience.Responsibilities: Being a business analyst means collaborating with people across the company to understand challenges or opportunities, and supporting the delivery of changes to tackle them. We'll expect you to:Plan, prioritise, and drive business analysis activities across multiple initiatives.Work with business stakeholders to build clear requirements for future changeInvestigate business problems or opportunities end-to-end, and work with people around Arm to find optimal solutions.Facilitate the development and refinement of customer requirements and user storiesCollaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to assist in the development of solution roadmapsOwn the business requirements, and work closely with team leads and stakeholders to prioritise and refine backlogs based off business roadmaps.Form a support network within the team of business analysts through the centre of excellence Required Skills and Experience: Problem identification, management and resolution for complex issuesElicitation and development of user stories and use casesProcess mappingAble to structure and prioritise your own workAbility to learn new concepts and skills quickly Nice To Have Skills and Experience: Workshop facilitation, alongside highly-developed presentation skillsWorking as part of a globally distributed team!Experience of working on enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Success Factors, SAP S/4HANA, and SitecoreFamiliar with Jira and Confluence, as well as the MS Office suite, especially Excel and VisioBCS Business Analysis Foundation accreditation!In Return: Based in Cambridge, UK, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative, and driven team, and provides a genuine opportunity to craft the best outcomes.How to Apply: If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
