Junior Project Manager

Contract Details
- Contract Rate: £375 per day (inside IR35)
- Location: Reading/London (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks rolling (up to 2 years)
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and trackers.
- Prepare governance documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in risk and issue management, escalating where necessary.
- Facilitate communication between business units, IT, and external partners.
- Support change management, training, and end-user adoption activities.
- Champion governance and reporting standards across projects.
Key Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or early PM roles.
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, MSP).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Telecommunications experience is desired.
