Join our IRIS Staffology team and help customers modernise the way they run payroll.

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of guiding organisations through their onboarding and migration journeys, ensuring a smooth and confident transition to our market-leading Staffology payroll software. If you’re passionate about payroll, technology, and helping customers succeed, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

Why this role matters

Businesses rely on accurate, efficient payroll to keep their operations running — and shifting to a new system can feel daunting. That’s where you come in. You’ll be the expert who ensures customers feel supported at every step, helping them adopt Staffology successfully and get the very best from the software. Your work will directly influence customer confidence, satisfaction, and long-term success with IRIS.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and delivering customer implementations and migrations from initial scoping through to completion.
  • Preparing, validating, and troubleshooting customer data to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Delivering training, guidance, and best-practice recommendations to new users.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for customers throughout their onboarding experience.
  • Partnering closely with Professional Services, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure a smooth and consistent journey.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of accountancy and payroll workflows to support both customers and colleagues.
  • Occasionally travelling for on-site client work or internal team meetings.
  • Working as part of a supportive team of seven Implementation Consultants.

What we’re looking for

  • Solid understanding of payroll practice workflows and financial systems.
  • Confident communicator with customer-facing experience — comfortable running meetings, delivering training, or presenting solutions.
  • A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical steps for customers.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and excited to help customers modernise how they work.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
