Commercial Counsel
A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel / Commercial Solicitor with IP Licensing experience to support their search and maps products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level counsel with strong commercial contracting, intellectual property licensing, and technology law experience.
This is a 40-hour per week, fully remote role. It is 8-months.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with third-parties based in EMEA.
- Support multi-jurisdictional transactions
- IP licensing for the company's search and maps products
- Marketing and promotion agreements
What We’re Looking For
- Law license, with ability to practice in the UK
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in a technology company
Contract Details
- Duration: 8 months
- Hours: 40 per week (part-time)
- Location: Remote (United Kingdom)
- Rate: $100 per hour USD / 73 per hour GBP
