We’re looking for a Managed Print Support Engineer to join a fast-paced and customer-focused Service Desk team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative support function that prides itself on delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise.
You’ll play a key role in supporting managed print environments, owning incidents from investigation through to resolution, and working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Managed Print Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting managed print support tickets assigned by the Service Desk
- Investigating incidents and escalating to internal teams or third-party vendors where required
- Working closely with hardware and software partners to resolve faults efficiently
- Providing clear and timely updates to customers, vendors, and third parties through to resolution
- Meeting Service Desk KPIs and support performance targets
- Maintaining strong incident ownership throughout the full lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working on a Service Desk and/or supporting a managed print environment
- General IT knowledge, particularly around printing products and solutions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise workload and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
