Operations / Product Manager - SaaS - North West

I’m looking for an Operations/Product Manager to help build, launch and manage two new SaaS marketplace platforms for commercial properties. You’ll work closely with a freelance CTO and a small cross‐functional team from the business to turn a clear product vision into something real and usable.

You’ll be coordinating both internal and external teams, keeping projects moving, and making sure releases meet the standard expected. You’ll be involved in everything from sprint planning and QA, through to feature prioritisation, vendor management and tracking product performance.

This would suit someone with solid experience in SaaS project management or operations. Someone comfortable running Agile processes, working across disciplines and keeping on top of a lot of moving parts. Strong communication, organisation and problem‐solving skills are essential. Experience specifically in commercial property or marketplace products is helpful but not required.

It’s an office‐based role in Preston with some flexibility, and there’s scope for either full‐time or part‐time depending on the person. As an early hire, you’ll have real influence over how the product develops and how the business grows. Salary is competitive, and there’s even the option for equity.
