Whether it’s a printer on strike, a password reset, or an Outlook issue on a Friday morning, you’ve got it covered. You’re confident with the basics, calm under pressure, and always ready to help.
This is your chance to join a well-respected private school in Horsham, providing front-line IT support to staff and students across the site. You’ll be based onsite full-time and act as the go-to for all 1st line queries, working closely with a Managed IT Service Provider who handle the trickier escalations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all IT support issues across the school
- Resolving 1st line issues across Windows desktops, M365 apps, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripherals
- Managing user accounts, password resets, and access permissions
- Liaising with the external MSP for more complex escalations and keeping users updated
- Logging tickets and updating internal documentation
- Providing excellent support to staff and students, with patience, professionalism, and a smile
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Some commercial experience in an IT support role (or a strong foundation from study/training)
- A solid grasp of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking principles
- A helpful, customer-first mindset, especially when dealing with less technical users
- Great communication skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in education, but it’s not essential
