Senior Data Analyst
This role is responsible for investigating and resolving data issues, ensuring adherence to data standards, and supporting data governance through proactive analysis and problem-solving. The successful candidate will work hands-on with data interrogation tools, coordinate offshore resources, and mentor junior team members.

Description
- Support root cause analysis of data issues and develop problem-solving solutions.
- Manage data issues, resolving individually or collaborating with others as needed.
- Perform data modeling, data standardization, and proactive data profiling to ensure compliance with standards.
- Conduct data mapping and ensure adherence to data retention rules.
- Coordinate activities of offshore resources and mentor junior team members.
- Work hands-on with data interrogation and analysis tools to identify and resolve issues.
Profile
- Strong experience in data analysis, data interrogation, and issue management.
- Skilled in data modeling, data profiling, and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Financial services experience preferred but not essential.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on capacity.
Job Offer
- A competitive daily rate circa £600 per day (umbrella rate, Inside IR35)
