Integration Manager

You'll be the driving force behind our integration programme and a key contributor to future M&A activity. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you'll work directly with the leadership team to ensure each acquisition strengthens our platform.

You will:

• Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for newly acquired businesses
• Partner with cross-functional teams to harmonise systems, processes, culture, and data
• Support commercial and operational due diligence for upcoming acquisitions
• Identify synergies, efficiencies, and growth opportunities from day one
• Bring structure, clarity, and pace to a fast-moving environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in M&A integration within tech, SaaS, digital, or PE-backed environments
• Strong project delivery capability in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
• A strategic thinker with the ability to roll up their sleeves and get things done
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
