IT Helpdesk Technician Apprentice

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and Networking - Azure - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include resolving network, hardware and software issues

Role

  • First line support for all clients, from first call to ticket resolution
  • Accurate ticket logging and documentation
  • Technical support – Remote and on site, telephone and email diagnosis
