We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to take full ownership of NetSuite delivery and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the platform across the organisation. This is a highly visible, senior-level position where you will lead complex, business-critical projects, influence key stakeholders, and drive best-practice NetSuite implementation and optimisation. You will be joining a high-calibre, specialist NetSuite team made up of some of the strongest professionals in the market, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with top talent while building and leading a best-in-class delivery function.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead NetSuite implementations across all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budgets are met for both mid-market and enterprise deployments.

  • Advise clients on project governance, delivery approach, and best practices, while managing stakeholder expectations and guiding decision-making across a portfolio of projects.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and project records to ensure accurate reporting, transparency, and successful delivery outcomes.

  • Collaborate with resourcing managers and delivery leads to assign appropriately skilled functional, technical, and development resources, ensuring optimal team performance and on-time delivery.

  • Proactively identify risks and inefficiencies, escalate issues with recommended solutions, and drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading NetSuite implementations, managing full life cycle delivery across both mid-market and enterprise-scale projects.

  • Ability to define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects using structured project management methodologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies, escalate issues proactively, and recommend practical solutions to improve delivery outcomes.
