This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the recruitment and onboarding processes while ensuring a stellar candidate experience.
Role Details:
Contract Type: TemporaryAnnual Salary: £30,000 - £35,000Start Date: January 5, 2026End Date: April 3, 2026Working Pattern: Full TimeLocation: Chertsey (Just a quick 11-minute walk from the train station!)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment administration Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal teams Provide onboarding support to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition Maintain and manage HR systems to track candidate progress and data Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs
Required Skills & Attributes:
Proven Coordination Experience: 2+ years in recruitment or HR roles with strong organisational skills.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage effectively.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office for reporting.Attention to Detail & Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities while keeping meticulous records.Team-Oriented Approach: Collaborate seamlessly with the wider Chertsey team.
Additional Experience:
Technical & Sales Recruitment: Experience recruiting for both technical (engineering, IT) and commercial/sales roles.French Speaking: Ability to communicate in French is advantageous for candidate engagement and internal discussion.LinkedIn Recruiter: Hands-on experience sourcing candidates and managing outreach campaigns.
