Technology Project Coordinator

Our client, a leading third sector organisation, are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join their Technology Programme Office, on an up to 12-Month Maternity Cover contract.
The Technology Project Coordinator will play a vital role in driving high quality project delivery, strengthening governance, and helping teams work at their best. Working closely with the Head of Technology Portfolio Governance you will be responsible for providing oversight and governance of the Technology Portfolio and best practice training to the team.
Main duties include:
- Owning the Technology Portfolio change control process, coordinating impact assessments, and evaluating cost and schedule implications.
- Preparing high quality reports, dashboards, RAID logs, KPIs, and executive level updates.
- Conducting project reviews covering progress, viability, quality, resource needs, and prioritisation.
- Developing and maintaining project delivery processes, tools, templates, and documentation libraries.
- Supporting and training new Project Managers on business methodologies and best practices
The ideal Technology Project Coordinator will have the ability to look across multiple work streams and tie them into an organised view that provides central oversight. Excellent communication/relationship building skills are essential as is a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite to prepare documents, trackers, and templates to support the team's needs.
Based from the Kings Hill Head Quarters you will receive :
