IT Support Analyst

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a US-headquartered international law firm, for a Technology Support Specialist to join their London office. This is an entry-level, office-based role offering hands-on exposure to helpdesk, deskside, and meeting room support in a structured, professional setting.
The role:
- Permanent position, salary up to £35,000
- London based (Temple / Blackfriars area)
- 5 days per week in the office during probation, then 4 days office / 1 day WFH
- 9am–6pm shifts on a rota basis
You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support, combining helpdesk ticket resolution with in-person deskside support, floor walking, and meeting room / hybrid VC setup. You’ll work closely with end users and play an active role in maintaining a high standard of IT service across the office.
About you:
- Minimum 12 months’ commercial IT support experience
- Confident supporting users face-to-face in a professional office
- Strong communication skills and a service-focused approach
- Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 in a ticketed environment
