IT Support Analyst for Award-Winning Architecture Studio

£35,000–£40,000

Permanent, Full-Time

A respected architecture studio is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join its in-house support team, providing 1st and 2nd line support to around 400 staff. You’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT issues, supporting busy project teams who rely on high-performance systems and specialist design software to deliver their work.

This is a varied, people-facing role for someone who enjoys being visible in the studio, solving problems quickly, and helping creative teams stay productive.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient face-to-face and remote IT support across the studio
  • Act as first point of contact for technical issues, logging and managing tickets via the helpdesk
  • Support Windows desktops, laptops, and high-performance workstations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CAD and design applications (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit and similar)
  • Support Office 365, Teams, MS Office, and Adobe software
  • Create and manage user and computer accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Assist with Windows Server administration, including DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy
  • Support OS and application deployment using SCCM and/or Intune
  • Carry out hardware installs, upgrades, and fault diagnosis
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting and patch panel administration
  • Work with external suppliers and technology partners when needed
  • Document fixes, procedures, and system changes clearly and accurately
  • Help maintain service levels in a busy, project-driven environment

About You

  • Proven experience in 1st/2nd line IT support using a helpdesk system within a creative studio or design environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and desktop hardware
  • Experience supporting Office 365, Teams, MS Office, and Adobe applications
  • Experience supporting CAD or design-led environments is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD
  • Working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with SCCM and/or Intune preferred
  • Confident supporting compute-intensive workstations and peripherals
  • Clear communicator who enjoys helping non-technical users
  • Well organised, able to juggle multiple requests and shifting priorities
  • Enjoys being part of a collaborative studio environment
